Rapper No Malice Wants His Brother Pusha T To Stop Picking On Drake. Confirms New Clipse Album On The Way

Now that he's a born again Christian, rapper No Malice (formerly Malice) of theClipse sees the world a lot differently. One thing he's been keeping an eye on his his brother Pusha T's music.

Pusha took a couple of perceived shots at Drake recently on his "Don't F*ck With Me" freestyle when he raps: "Rappers on their sophomores acting like their boss lords, fame's such a funny thing for sure" and "The swag don't match the sweaters."

No Malice would like for his little brother to cut Drizzy some slack.

"I want Pusha to stop picking on Drake," No Malice told BET.com "I like Drake. Yeah I like Drake, yo."

No Malice may or may not get his wish. Regardless, he's got enough on his plate to take his mind off of any Drake/Pusha beef.

In the upcoming months he'll be dropping his mixtape Hear Ye Him, which will have features from Pusha, Ab-Liva and the Re-Up Gang, as well as production from Boi-1da and Chad from The Neptunes.

No Malice and Pusha will also be dropping their fifth studio album soon.

"We're working on that now. Collecting beats, writing verses," No Malice told BET.com

Beanie Sigel Inks EMI Distribution Deal. Announces State Property To Record Together Again

Beanie Sigel is ready to make his return to the recording business after inking a deal to have EMI distribute his music under the guidance of music industry veteran Chris Schwartz, according to AllHipHop.

“That’s what kind of pushed me to really do this album. I was sought out by Chris Schwartz. He had a situation at EMI and was looking for an artist,” Beanie told AHH. “I had just recorded a couple songs in the studio. Somebody heard a record and was like, ‘You should check out Beanie; he hasn’t been doing anything.’"

Beanie's last major label release was 2007's The Solution. He followed that up two years later with an independent album entitled The Broad Street Bully.

Sigel said this new deal will also bring his group State Property back together again.

“If you’ve been through what I’ve been through in my career, you wouldn’t trust no one. You’ll fourth guess everything. What made me do the deal with Chris Schwartz was actually to get the deal together for State Property,” Beanie said. "I don’t wanna be selfish – it’s selfish to the people,” he added. “That’s the only reason why I’m doing this. It’s not fun for me no more; it’s work. It used to be fun, and when it starts turning into work, it’s not fun no more."

SP includes Philadelphia rappers Young Chris, Neef, Freeway, Peedi Crakk and others.

Beans will be releasing his sixth studio album, The Classic, this Summer.

Drake Speaks On Being An Icon For This Generation, Walking Out Of A Vibe Interview & Sipping Syrup

Drake is one of the most successful rapper to come out in the last decade. With two platinum albums under his belt and fans across the globe Drizzy is doing his thing.

He also has high aspirations. During a recent visit to the UK, Drake sat down with theGuardian to talk about wanting to be an icon, recreational drug use, his critics and handling bad interviews.

On walking out of an interview with Vibe.
"I didn't like the way I was treated," he says. "They ran this story about how I'm the most bitter guy, and my life is in turmoil. And I'm, like, a very happy 25-year-old kid living an amazing life. They tried to put a damper on my character, I guess because I didn't play according to their rules."

On saying he was the rap Jimi Hendrix or Bob Marley on the song "Lord Knows."
"I didn't really say I was the rap Hendrix or Marley, I said I was the descendant," he corrects, smiling at the tenuous distinction. "Because I feel like that's what I want to be for this generation: iconic. That's the purpose I want to serve on this earth. I want my words to be remembered in 10, 15 years."

On his critics.
"I can't lie to you, I read what they have to say and it's ... character-building." He used to find it mortally wounding. "There have been times when a negative comment about me would be the be all and end all, and I'd wonder, Why do you hate me so much? Why would you tell me that you want to kill my mom or see me dead?  "It's scary for me to say this on record," he says, "but artists are only human, and we seek validation like everyone else. You just have to come to the conclusion that it's OK, there are going to be people who like you and people who don't. Luckily there are millions of people who love me and a few who don't."

On smoking weed and sipping syrup.
"Have I sipped codeine before?" he asks for me. "Yeah, of course. Have I smoked weed? Yes. Do I drink wine? Yes. But do I do it excessively? No. I'm not a reckless guy. I do it all within moderation. I'm not into drugs." He realizes what he has just said, and bursts out laughing, as do his crew. "I mean any outside the ones I just mentioned. Nah, that's not me. I care too much about what I have. I'm not going to throw it away for that."
