Stevie Wonder Joins Drake’s Take Care
Although Drake couldn’t nab Sade for his debut, Thank Me Later, he tells MuchMusic that Stevie Wonder will appear on his sophomore set, Take Care. Isn’t that lovely?
“Stevie Wonder is a very close friend of mine. I’m honored to call him a friend, someone who embraced me very early in this music business. This is an exclusive right here, because it’s MuchMusic, and we’re Canadian: Stevie Wonder is actually on ‘Take Care.’ He helped me out with a lot of the music, just came and sat with me, listened to my music, told me where I could add a couple things to make it more sonically appealing, and not only that but we actually are writing together, which is an incredible experience. So I hit him, asked him to come by, and with no hesitation he hit me back like “I will be there.” Not only that, but he was supposed to do two songs and he did like six. It was incredible.”

Jay-Z And Timbaland Sued $5 Million For "Big Pimpin" Beat [Video]
The legal battle over a sample used in Jay-Z's hit single “Big Pimpin'” continues in court, as a lawsuit has been filed against the rapper and producer Timbaland.
Ahab Joseph Nafal filed a $5,000,000 lawsuit for not receiving the proper royalties for his song being sampled.
The lawsuit revolves around the use of the song “Khosara, Khosara,” which Timbaland sampled in Jay-Z's 2000 hit single "Big Pimpin'."
Lawyers argued that "Khosara, "Khosara" was created in 1957 and was governed by the 1909 Copyright Act and not the 1976 Copyright Act.
While the lawsuit has been in process for awhile, the lawsuit was dismissed in 2007 because Nafal failed to join all individuals with rights to the composition in the lawsuit.
Peep the video below to hear the original version and let us know if you think Nafal should get his money.
Eminem Settles Case Against Audi
Eminem has reached an agreement in his lawsuit against Audi, after accusing the German car manufacturer of ripping off his commercial with Chrysler and using Em's “Lose Yourself” without permission.
Detroit Free Press reports:
Terms were not disclosed, but the agreement does call for Audi to “support the revitalization of Detroit by contributing to selected social projects.”Organizations were not named, but the deal ties into a new Imported From Detroit project that “will be announced soon,” said 8 Mile Style's Joel Martin, who oversees Eminem's song rights.“Audi has tremendous respect for Eminem and his works and likewise for the Imported From Detroit campaign which was created by Chrysler,” the statement said.“Certainly Audi would never wish to insult or harm those parties or their fans and customers.”
The Audi commercial did not air in the U.S., so maybe they thought they could get away with it.

Rhymefest Defends Kanye West
During Consequence’s “Campaign Of Terror” against Kanye West yesterday morning, he implied that out of Ye’s “brothers,” including Rhymefest, he’s the only one calling him out for wrongdoing. Fest then turned to his Twitter page to stick up for his big brother.
KANYE and I been speaking lately it interesting I see people who think he owes them stuff. I never understood letting another human have control over your success or failure in life. My brotherhood with Ye is based in the fact I don’t beg or expect more then his friendship good convo and the exchange of ideas. We bounce rhymes and music off each other and debate the world and its peace. But as far as Kanye and his real homies notice that none of the guys he started with from Chicago talk shit about him. None of us. Chicago Cats understand playing your position and organizational structure. We know that every man is responsible for his/her actions.

Soulja Boy Makes It Rain at 21st Birthday [Video & Pic's Inside]
Soulja Boy didn’t cop a $55 million private jet, but he still lived large at his 21st birthday celebration. The now legal rapper tore up Miami’s Club Play South Beach with some of his famous friends including Sean Kingston, Trina, Trae the Truth, Just Blaze, and Triple C’s, partying until the early morning. He made it rain as scantily-clad women worked the poles, and was presented with a multi-tiered cake in the shape of a crown.
“I feel so good. This is the best day of my life,” an elated Soulja told his family and friends. “I want to thank God for letting me be alive right now.”
Check out some footage of S.B. spreading the wealth on his big night.
YMCMB Rapper Tyga Got Robbed At The Vault In Philly
Tyga got robbed last night for the ummm 8th time (I can't keep count) this time was in Philly. I can say I think this was Tyga's 1st time getting jacked in the city of brotherly love and it wasn't for his jewels according to a Atlnightspots.com source . After Tyga hosted the Vault night club downtown and was leaving the club with a bag full of money the streets decided they were going to tax him for his hosting fee the promoter paid him that night. I hope his air fare and hotel was paid for by the promoter or that trip was a total loss for the YMCMB rapper.
