Pharoahe Monch & Smif-n-Wessun & Pete Rock Albums To Release In March

Pharoahe Monch's third solo album, W.A.R. (We Are Renegades) has pushed back to March 22, 2011.

Amidst a busy 15th anniversary, Duck Down Records has released albums from Kidz In The Hall, Skyzoo & !llmind, Marco Polo & Ruste Juxx and others. However, two of the most anticipated albums came courtesy of Pharoahe Monch's third solo album, W.A.R. (We Are Renegades) and Smif-n-Wessun's Pete Rock-produced LP, Monumental.

HipHopDX has learned through E1 Entertainment that both releases, initially planned for October and November respectively, have been postponed to February.

Last week, it was announced that both acts would be touring, along with Buckshot, Skyzoo and Sean Price as part of Duck Down's 15th Anniversary Tour. (September 12)

According to E1 Entertainment, Duck Down's distributor, Monumental by Smif-n-Wessun & Pete Rock, is presently been delayed to March 8. Duck Down Records has yet to confirm this. (December 12)



According to Amazon, Pharoahe Monch's W.A.R. (We Are Renegades) is now scheduled for March 22 release.
