Donald Trump Slams Rihanna For Skipping Cancer Fundraiser In Which She Was Set To Make $500K

You dont upset the 'Donald', thats an unwritten rule in the business world, but pop superstar Rihanna has gone and done that.

Rihanna was set to make a huge $500k paycheck to perform at a cancer fundraiser at Trump's private resort in Florida on Friday (Feb19) but instead called out sick. A week prior she complained of several different symptoms via Twitter but made it to the Grammys, the BRIT Awards and promotional events for her new perfume just launched.

It doesnt make things better that the following day after missing Trump's fundraiser, she had no problems performing at the 2011 NBA All-Star Game.

“I thought Rihanna bailing was insulting to everyone,” Trump, 64, told the Palm Beach Post. “But for Rihanna to go to the [NBA] All-Star game and perform after she told us she was sick, that is just a lack of respect."

Trump was quick to come up with a Plan B that was far from a disappointment, getting Grammy winner Jennifer Hudson to perform. “Nothing was missed," says Trump. "Jennifer’s a beautiful girl. She came on her day off even though she performs almost every night. She is an unbelievable talent, and her voice is better than Rihanna's.”
