Viva Las Vegas! For this year’s MTV Spring Break, the stars are heading to Sin City. MTV and mtvU have announced the lineup for Spring Break 2011 at the Palms Resort & Casino, with artists including Lupe Fiasco, Wiz Khaflia, Jason Derulo, and Pitbull scheduled to rock the crowd during the big bash.
