Big Boi, Slaughterhouse, Curren$y to Headline Soundset 2011

Rhymesayers has lined up Big Boi, Slaughterhouse and Curren$y to fill out their Soundset 2011 line-up.

As spring slowly starting to give way, Hip Hop fans are gearing up to hit a variety of outdoor venues for a variety of anticipated concerts. Now, Rhymesayers Entertainment and Rose Presents have announced a star-studded line-up for the annual Soundset concert series, featuring the likes of Big Boi, Slaughterhouse, Curren$y and the legendary trio De La Soul.

In a recent press release, Rhymesayers revealed headlining acts Big Boi, De La Soul, Curren$y, Slaughterhouse, Atmosphere, Brother Ali, Doomtree, Dilated Peoples, Mac Miller and Blueprint will convene at the Soundset stage this May 29. Soundset will also feature supporting acts the likes of Grieves and Budo, Zion I and The Grouch, Edan, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Exile and many others.

This year's Soundset will also feature a variety of other Hip Hop related activities. There will be a tent for break dancing, a live painting exhibit, skate demo area, a custom car show and Red Bull's live EmSee Battle showcase.

Tickets go on sale this Friday April 1 at 11 AM. Fans looking to attend can head to Soundset's ticketing website to purcahse tickets for $38. More details about the concert can be found at Soundset's website.
