Mack 10 is in good condition, after undergoing surgery to treat ongoing stomach problems.
As previously reported, the West Coast rap veteran was ailing from Diverticulitis, a condition which caused swelling of an abnormal pouch in the intestinal wall.
The statement released by his publicist reads:
“Rapper Mack 10, who was hospitalized a week ago after suffering severe stomach pains, had surgery yesterday. Six inches of the problem area in his stomach were removed. The surgery was successful and the rapper is expected to fully recover. He will remain in the hospital under the care of doctors for 10 more days. Mack 10 will complete his recovery at home with the support of family and close friends.”Well wishes to Mack 10, and we hope he recovers soon.
