Nothing like a little time on the beach to brighten your day.Serena Williams, who recently recovered from surgery to have a blood clot "the size of a grapefruit" removed from her lungs two months ago, was spotted on the beach in Miami with friends recently.
The 29-year old 13-time Grand Slam tennis singles champion just returned to training last week, but looks good after having so much time off.
