Eminem Debuts In N. Ireland, DJ Scream's App, BEP Raises Money For Charity


Rapper Eminem will make his performance debut in Northern Ireland this August at Tennent's Vital Festival. According to reports, Em is slated to hit the stage on the second day of the two-day festival, which takes place from August 23rd-24th at Ward Park, in Bangor. “We’re delighted to confirm Eminem as the first headliner for Tennent’s Vital 2011," said Aisling Duffy, Tennent's Head of Marketing. Tickets for the Tennent Vital Festival are slated to go on sale on June 3rd at 9:00AM.

DJ Scream's company, Hoodrich Entertainment is launching an iPad application. Scream, who was rated by MTV as the # 1 hip-hop DJ, has worked with the likes of Rick Ross, Soulja Boy, Plies and Trina. The interactive application will allow fans to keep up with DJ Scream through free downloads, classic mixtape discography’s, exclusive photos, videos and much more. “I think my team and I have created something really special and I want to continue to grow creatively and exceed the expectations of a traditional DJ,” Scream added. In addition his mixtapes with Young Jeezy, Plies, OutKast, The Game, Pimp C, Rocko Da Don, Future, Gucci Mane, Shawty Lo, DJ Scream is putting in work on his own debut album.


Internationally known Hip-Hop group The Black Eyed Peas are teaming with luxury charity auctAion site Charitybuzz.com, to offer two fans the chance to meet the group. In The Black Eyed Peas' latest charity effort, the group is attempting to raise funds for the Robin Hood Foundation, which targets poverty around New York City, by developing organizations and programs to help poor New Yorkers. Two fans will have a chance to meet Fergie, Taboo Apl.de.ap. and will.I.am at the group's Central Park Summerstage show in New York City on June 9th. Over 60,000 fans are expected to attend. According to reps for charitybuzz.com, the auction is valued at least $50,000 and 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Robin Hood Foundation
