Charlie Sheen Loses First Round in 'Men' Lawsuit
Charlie Sheen will duke it out with Warner Bros. in private -- because a judge just ruled Charlie is NOT entitled to a public trial to figure out who's the bad guy in the "Two and a Half Men" lawsuit.
Charlie is suing Warner Bros. for $100,000,000 claiming the studio had no right to 86 him from the show.
Charlie wanted a public trial, but a judge just ruled the arbitration agreement in Charlie's contract is legal and binding, so the whole thing will be handled behind closed doors.
A Warner Bros. rep tells TMZ, "We're very gratified by the court's ruling enforcing the parties' arbitration agreement."
