Lil Wayne Says Tha Carter IV Is Done

Despite numerous push-backs and rumored tracklists, Lil Wayne revealed to MTV last week that Tha Carter IV is complete. Do remember, Tunechi plans to make up for the delay with Sorry For The Waitmixtape on Wednesday.
