Kelly Rowland Visits The Breakfast Club, Talks New Album + Keyshia Cole's Struggle Tweets

Whenever a guest visits Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club they have to be willing to keep it candid. Kelly Rowland had her turn in the hot seat and opened up about a bunch of topics, including her new album, what she likes in the bedroom, and Keyshia Cole's never-ending struggle.

Regarding her forthcoming Talk A Good Game album, for which she teamed with the likes of Pharrell Williams, Boi-1da, and The Dream, Rowland couldn't be more excited--especially to work with the Radio Killah."I love Dream," she said. "He's such an R&B genius. I love him because he still has a passion and wants everything to be different and creative. He pushed me to do something different and to be completely stripped and honest on the record. I'm in love with this album."

Outside of the project their was a pit stop conversation about "Kisses Down Low," before she recounted the Super Bowl halftime show that didn't sit well with Keyshia Cole. Rowland fell short of defending Michelle Williams' performance saying, "I don't remember what happened on stage." But when questioned about Cole's jabs at Beyoncé's "Bow Down" record, she made her stance clear. "I think the silence is the best power because you don't have to say nothing, they did all the talking" Rowland explained. "Keep talking. I don't think that it's important to fire back because you['re] just fueling the fire. I just think that you don't have to do that, we too grown for that stuff."

She also gave the female race advice on how to process Bey demanding that they kiss the ring. "When you understand who you are as a woman, you can accept the record."

That was aimed at you, Keyshia Cole.
