Mister Cee Busted With Prostitute



The Nasty African strikes again. According to the NY Post, Hot 97′s Mister Cee was arrested in Brooklyn yesterday for patronizing a prostitute. Back in 2011, Cee plead guilty to engaging in a sex act with a male hooker.
