Prosecutors argue that Chris Brown should be jailed for his violation of probation.
Prosecutors asked a judge to send Chris Brown to jail on February 3, reports TMZ.
Brown appeared in a Los Angeles court for a hearing on his Washington, D.C. assault case stemming from an altercation in October during which Brown allegedly beat another man.
Prosecutors argued to the judge, who was the same judge who presided over Brown's infamous Rihanna assault case, that "Brown's violent behavior continues to increase in severity and frequency" and he poses "an increasing danger to society."
Mark Geragos, Brown's attorney, simply said the "superior lawyer" had succeeded, said he and brown would be in court again on February 28.
