The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Look Even Weirder In New Trailer [VIDEO]
Not sure what's going on here, but something is definitely off. The newest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles trailer was released today and the turtles are still looking pretty weird.
The most recent clip isn't much different from the one that dropped in March, only this time we get to see all four turtles in the Jonathon Liebesman-directed flick . This is an interesting journey we're embarking on here, but at least we're getting closer to the full reveal.
From what we gather, the turtles might have gotten hold of some bad pizza that aged them, and replaced what we're used to seeing, with frog, duck, and lizard-inspired features. We also know that they're taller now, for whatever reason.
On the plus side, we get a quick look at Shredder, and the graphics still look great. Special effects area where producer Michael Bay shines. Rebooting the entire Transformers franchise depended on Bay and his team's wizard-like skills more than once, and the upcoming Age of Extinction installment looks solid.
TMNT debuts August 8.
