The Game Responds To 50 Cent Diss Record, And Promises Counter - Track!

Game says 50's lines in "Love, Hate, Love," will not go unanswered and promises his own record once he hits a studio.

50 Cent's latest track "Love, Hate, Love" made its first rounds over the Web yesterday, stirring up sentiments because of its provocative content and intent. Fif spit more hate than he did love though, taking overt shots at both Lil Wayne and full-time adversary, Game.

While Fif questioned Weezy's un-Hip Hop-like style ("Actin' like a white boy bored/ Now you wanna jump a flight of stairs on a skateboard") and mocked the rapper's clothing ("Why the fuck your pants so tight?/ You trying to show niggas your ass, your alternative life"), his aims at Game struck more personal:

"You said you was gonna see me when your homie got shot/ It's been a while so I'm guessing you must've forgot/ Once again you forget ain't this some shit/ You forgot about me bitch I wrote your hits."

While Wayne has not responded to the track, Game addressed it in a tweet on Thursday afternoon.

50 Cent is currently working on his Street King Energy project while Game is gearing up for his official R.E.D. Album tour starting next month.

50 Cent Disses Lil Wayne And Game On New Song [Audio]

Rapper 50 Cent released two songs yesterday and one in particular had some lyrics directed at a couple of 50's fellow rappers.
In the song "Love, Hate, Love" 50 Cent dissed Lil Waynewith the following lines:
“Acting like a white boy bored, Now you want to jump a flight of stairs on a skateboard/N*gga, why the f*ck is your pants so tight/You trying to show n*ggas your ass your alternative life.”
Fiddy wasn't done there, as he turned his attention to former G-Unit member Game with the lines:
“You forgot about me bitch I write your hits/You Know How We Do,” “You Hate it or Love it”

N*gga f*ck it I'm “special” that's why your ass say my verse/
“You Hate it or Love it”/
They love me and hate me again.”
50 Cent dissing Lil Wayne, Game and every other rapper in the game is nothing new, so we'll have to wait and see if Game or Weezy even entertain this.
Take a listen to the track below.

VH1 Sued For Using Unliscened NWA Photos

VH1 is being sued by a professional photographer for using his pictures in a N.W.A. documentary without permission.

The lawsuit filed by photographer Howard Rosenbergcites VH1, Viacom and Viacom International, as well as Creature Films for copyright infringement in the 2008 VH1 documentary "N.W.A.: The World's Most Dangerous Group."

Courthouse News reports:

Rosenberg says he took pictures of the Los Angeles-based N.W.A., short for Niggaz With Attitude, just after the group released its 1988 album "Straight Outta Compton," which is credited with introducing gangsta rap into mainstream music.

In July 2008, VH1 and Creature Films contacted Rosenberg regarding the use of his pictures in a documentary that would air in October, "N.W.A.: The World's Most Dangerous Group."

Rosenberg claims he told VH1 and Creature Films all licensing for pictures must be done through him, as he holds the copyrights to the pictures and most of them are stored in his personal archives.

Reports also state that Rosenberg could not come to an agreement for the use of the photos. He was asking $450 per image, but was offered $200 per.

The documentary contained at least 27 of Rosenberg's photos.

Rosenberg claims the photos were used in promotional articles, magazines and promotional trailers, along with VH1's Facebook and Myspace pages.

Rosenberg is suing for maximum statutory damages, recovery for actual damages and any profits the defendants gained from his photos.

Tyrese Kicked Out Of Delaware Radio Station [Audio]

Tyrese Booted From Delaware Radio Station
Singer/actor Tyrese didn't exactly have the best visit with a radio station in Delaware on Wednesday.
According to reports, Tyrese was kicked out of WJKS KISS 101.7 in Delaware for his statements about a local liquor store in the Delaware community, near the vicinity of an elementary school.
“Get them cats out of here … selling alcohol right across from your kids school, homie — put the pressure on them homie … you know how to put pressure on dudes selling in your hood," Tyrese said during his interview.
Tyrese was reportedly asked to leave during the commercial break by the stations program director, stating that the entertainer was "disrespecting" the community.
Tyrese later tweeted:
I just kicked out of a radio station frm a PD who had a problem w/ me speaking on liquor stores that are by elementary schools in Delaware. In 17 years I hv NEVER been kicked out of a radio station.. Because I have a problem w/ liquor stores being across from elementary schools?
I was also told that the PD made them ERASE my interview so that NO ONE could HEAR me SPEAK on the issue of the liqour stores near kids..

If you don't STAND for something.. You will damn near fall for Anything..

Foxy Brown's Brother Sentenced To Prison

Foxy Brown's brother Gavin Marchand is headed to prison for using forged credit cards to go on a shopping spree in New York City.

The 36-year-old Marchand was sentenced Wednesday to 2 and half to five years in prison yesterday, after pleading guilty last month to identity theft.

The Associated Press reports:

Authorities say he racked up an $8,000 tab on phony credit cards at an Hermes boutique in Manhattan in August 2010. Prosecutors say the cards were fake, but they had legitimate account numbers that belonged to other people.

Marchand's guilty plea also resolved charges that he used bogus cards to spend thousands of dollars at a Manhattan nightclub.

Foxy Brown recently had her own charges dropped from mooning a neighbor in 2010.

T.I. -- real name Clifford Harris -- spent 10 months in federal prison for a probation violation after he was arrested in L.A. last year for drug charges. He was on probation for firearms charges.
