Rapper Freddie Gibbs is reportedly making a pivotal career move and signing to Young Jeezy's CTE Record Label.
The Gary, Indiana native was said to be meeting with the Atlanta rapper last year and making moves to finalize the deal this year.
Gibbs first came to fame in 2010 after being featured as one of XXL Magazine's "Freshmen 10."
The emcee recently told HipHopDX that the pair met up in Atlanta for leisure but not fot business.
"Young Jeezy and I] ain't even get in the lab, man. I saw him, just passing through the A, doing my thing. I was out there on some other stuff. And, we just chopped it up, just kicked it. Went to a strip club, that's all...We just chopped it up in Magic City..."Gibbs previously released his Str8 Killa No Filla mixtape and made waves with a tattoo of Black Panther Huey Newton across his back.
