Soulja Boy Sparks Outrage By Disrespecting U.S Military In New Song, Real Soldiers Respond (VIDEOS)

He has been the target of countless critics since he stormed onto the music scene in 2007 with the smash hit ''Crank Dat'', but now it seems that Soulja Boy has entered an entirely new level of criticism for his blatant disrespect of the U.S military in a new song titled ''Let's Be Real''.

The song premiered last week and it delivered the disrespect within the first minute of it playing.

"F**k the FBI and the army troops... fighting for what? Be your own man... I'll be flying through the clouds with green like I'm Peter Pan."

While opinions vary heavily throughout the country as to what involvement our soldiers should have in various conflicts, most citizens have and show extreme respect to the people risking their lives fighting for their country and can only react with outrage when they hear a line such as the one found in Soulja's song.

Some active U.S servicemen have already hit the net and made their own diss tracks aimed at Soulja Boy stating that he has no idea what a real soldier is and that he needs to change his name.

TMZ spoke with Fred A. Flores -- a retired Marine who is now a commissioner for the L.A. County Veteran’s Advisory Commission. Flores says "It's a very offensive statement ... especially with the 10th anniversary of 9/11 coming up."

Flores -- who has two children currently serving in the military -- calls Soulja "Ungrateful" ... adding, "He should apologize to ALL armed forces."

"The rap is very irresponsible," Flores stated ... "especially for a person who is an entertainer for the youth of our country."

Soulja Boy's rep refused to comment.

What's your thoughts on the matter? Did Soulja Boy go way overboard with this one?
