Just three months after it's release Lil Wayne's Tha Carter IV album has already been certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) with sales of 1,700,000 and counting.
Weezy's ninth studio album sold 964,000 copies it's first week out making it the second biggest opening week of 2011, following Lady Gaga's Born This Way.
The album features the singles "John," "She Will," "How To Love," "6 Foot 7 Foot" and "Mirror."
