Diddy Stars In 'Funny Or Die' Spoof of 'Downton Abbey' [Video]

Wednesday Diddy announced on Twitter that he would be the first black character to have a role on "Downton Abbey," a show the regular airs on PBS.


In reality the show already had a black character so the network was quick to shut that rumor down.


Actually the tweet was advertisement for his Funny or Die spoof "Downton Diddy" which debuted in the peak hours of Thursday morning.


In the comic remake of the show Diddy plays the original black character Lord Tom Wilcott. When he arrives at Downton he declares he is the real owner of the manor. He also interjects himself in several scenes from seasons 1-3 of the series
