Last week at the Billboard Music Awards Miguel literally believed he could fly and landed right on an audience member's head. Well that head was owned by Khyati Shah and now she is contemplating on whether to take legal action.
Vip Bhola, Shah's lawyer, told E! News that a concrete answer will be made soon on whether his client will go further with a lawsuit. He added that Shah has been suffering "difficulties" since the incident.
Miguel's representatives has yet to respond but Bhola did offer to make a settlement with the singer.
