Kim Kardashian is planning to file charges against the 18-year old man involved in a fight with Kanye West in Hollywood, California on Monday (January 13).
The incident started when the man allegedly verbally assaulted her be calling her a variety of vulgar names, including "n*gger lover."
According to TMZ, the man also told Kim, "I will kill you, sl*t." She believes that is crime and plans to file a police report.
Footage has surfaced of Kim entering the medical building at the same time as the 18-year old, who hops up the stairs to the door and says, "They're whack, dude. You have to deal with that everyday or what?"
