Well it appears that Saigon's time behind the camera on Love & Hip-Hop New York has opened up the floodgates for the acting bugs to attack him once again. The NYC rapper proudly uploaded a few flicks on himself along with fellow BK rhymer Papoose and actor Omar Epps on the set of their new film, SP.
"This sh*t is BEYOND lit.. I didn't know I could act this good... Classic," the caption read. A couple other shots depicted Saigon attempting not giggle during a fight scene with Epps and another with the trio posing with handguns.
Saigon actually help co-write the independent film which as of now, has no release date.
Papoose has built a reputation for butting his nose in whenever there's a buzz opportunity involved but it appeared he was in his comfort zone on set while jibbing the Hip-Hop police with the prop guns saying, "It's just a movie! We don't want no problems, man."
Omar Epps has also been increasingly involved with the rap community as of late. He recently signed Houston rapper Trae Tha Truth to a 10-episode deal for a new cartoon on his WTF Films imprint, which he co-runs with Marlon Wayans.
There is Netflix money to be made and Saigon is looking to grab it up.
