Film companies are finding more creative ways to promote their upcoming films. Back in October it was reported on a hilarious stunt to draw attention to the Carrie remake.
Yesterday, 20th Century Fox posted video of a similar stunt on YouTube. The clip has gone viral, racking up more 5.4 million views already.
The stunt involves an animatronic "devil baby" in a remote controlled stroller. As it rolls along the streets of New York City, a crying baby can be heard. There are no adults around so naturally people go to investigate. When they remove the baby's blanket it pops up looking sinister, screaming, projectile vomiting and giving cops the middle finger.
Devil's Due is out Friday (January 17). Check out the funny clip below.
