Chris Brown Facing Lawsuit After Allegedly Claiming Bloods Affiliation & Beating Up Man With 3 Of His Bodyguards At 24-Hour Fitness In Hollywood






Chris Brown is a Bloods gang member who will not hesitate to stomp you out with his homies, if allegations from a man named Malcolm Ausbon turn out to be true.



Ausbon has filed a lawsuit against the singer for what he claims was a vicious beating by Brown and three of his bodyguards at a 24-Hour Fitness in North Hollywood last July.



According to Ausbon, the fight started because he called a foul on Brown during a pick up basketball game. Brown reportedly threatened Ausbon and claimed he was affiliated with the Bloods street gang.

The lawsuit states that the situation quickly escalated to the point where Brown and three of his bodyguards began to "strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp Ausbon's head and body."


Ausbon says the beating sent him to the emergency room with neck, back, leg, face, head and rib injuries, As a result he sufferes from post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, fear and embarrassment.

A Chris Brown source admits there was an incident at 24-Hour fitness, but insists no punches were thrown.



Brown, 24-Hour Fitness and the bodyguards are all named in the lawsuit filed by Ausbon, who wants unspecified damages.
