Big Pun's Widow Liza Rios Sues Fat Joe For $1 Million For Failing To Fulfill Financial Agreement With Her Husband
When Big Pun passed away on February, 7, 2000 he was just starting to fulfill his enormous potential. His 1998 debut album entitled Capital Punishment had taken the rap world by storm. Eventually becoming the first solo album by a Latino rapper to go platinum. His follow up CD, Yeeeah Baby, was released just shy of two months after his death. It has been certified gold.
Pun's widow Liza Rios has filed a lawsuit against her husband's friend and former business partner, Fat Joe, alleging he's cheated her out of money, per an agreement with Pun.
Rios claims that half of the royalties from her husbands album's, including the posthumous LP Endangered Species, were supposed to go to her in Pun's absence. After 2005, Rios says Joe stopped paying.
According to TMZ, Rios knows Pun's album's are still raking in money and she wants her share. She's seeking more than $1 million.

Iggy Azalea Files Federal Lawsuit Against Sex Tape Partner Jefe Wine For Theft Of Unreleased Music & Forgery (Video)
The battle between Iggy Azalea and former boyfriend Jefe Wine is headed to the courtroom. Iggy has filed a federal lawsuit against Wine, alleging he forged documents and illegally downloaded the entire contents of her computer in 2009 while they lived together in Atlanta.
The data included unreleased music, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Jefe, real name Maurice Williams, released an EP entitled I earlier this year without Iggy's consent. Universal Music got the album removed from all retail outlets by sending out a cease and desist order.
According to Azalea's lawsuit, the music derived from her unreleased masters and constitutes violations of her copyright, trademark, name and likeness. She's also alleging conversion of stolen information from her computer.
Jefe also alleges he has the right to distribute their sex tape because of a recording contract Iggy, real name Amethyst Kelly, signed. She says the document is forged.
"The Forged Agreement contains tell-tale signs that it is not genuine," states the lawsuit. "For example, it includes mismatched fonts on the signature page, paragraph numbers out of sequence, a signature line for 'Wine Enterprises, inc.' [sic] (rather than for an authorized agent), and provides, as an address for legal notices, the contact information of an attorney who had no prior knowledge of the Forged Agreement."
The lawsuit doesn't mention the sex tape specifically.

DNA Test Proves Proves Mathew Knowles Fathered 2nd Child While Married To Beyonce's Mom
Back in July a former lingerie model turned real estate agent named TaQoya Branscombfiled documents in Texas asking for a DNA test to prove Mathew Knowles fathered her child.
TMZ reports that the results have come in proving he is the dad. Branscomb is the second woman Mathew impregnated in 2010, the same year Tina Knowles filed for divorce after finding out about the pregnancy of her ex-husband's other side chick, Alexsandra Wright.
Branscomb wants Mathew to cough up child support. He's already paying Wright and may have a hard time finding the additional funds since his daughter, Beyonce, fired him as her manager in 2011.
