HBK Of Doughboyz Cashout Gets Knocked Out & Robbed Of His Chain In Detroit *UPDATE* HBK Responds "Everybody Takes A Loss" [Video]
A viral video is circulating around the internet that reportedly shows Doughboyz Cashoutmember HBK getting jumped, robbed of his chain and knocked out.
The incident allegedly happened in HBK's hometown of Detroit at the Cobo Hall convention center, according to Kollege Kidd.
Doughboyz Cashout signed a deal with Young Jeezy's label, CTE World, in May.
*UPDATE* December 9th
Detroit police are on high alert fearing retaliation from the HBK beating. Rappers Icewear Vezzo and Greenguy Webbie are rumored to have been involved and posted photos wearing HBK's chain. Both have denied having possession of the jewelry.

Despite the denials, there's rumors of a $30,000 bounty on Webbie's head.
"There's a potential for a lot of bullets to go flying, and we're talking a large group of people here that are making threats," Sgt. Michael Woody of the Detroit Police Department, told MyFoxDetroit. "Right now we're just trying to save a life right here. That's really what we're looking at. Obviously we don't want to see anybody do anything rash. We're asking both sides to stay calm, give us a chance to work this out. This is really not worth anybody's life at this point. There's no reason to overreact here, we can still work this out."

HBK has responded in a video released Monday (December 9) by Control Detroit. He acknowledged it is him getting beaten in the video and said it comes with the territory.
"To make a long story short, we planned to go to [Cobo Hall]... just me and three other n*ggas," HBK told Control. "N*gga went to that b*tch 4 deep, walking around with our jewelry on like some regular n*ggas who ain't got no deal. Some bullsh*t happened in the midst of that. Sh*t happens to the best of them. I got jumped by probably 20 n*ggas. But the sh*t really ain't sh*t though man. That s*** happens everyday in Detroit. We don't have security. I been in deeper sh*t. I done been in the hood for so f*cking long. N*gga I done got in shootouts and almost got killed. This sh*t just a small fry. Everybody takes a loss. Everybody takes their L's."

MC Hammer Owes The IRS $800,000
Former rap superstar MC Hammer is going to have to dig up a large sum of money ASAP to pay the federal government.
The Internal Revenue Service claims the "Too Legit To Quit" hit maker failed to pay his taxes for the years of 1996 and 1997. They've hit him with a $798,033.48 bill. According to TMZ, all money his LLC earns will have to go directly to the U.S. Treasury Department until the debt is paid back in full.
Hammer, real name Stanley Burrell, was a household name in the late 80's and early 90's when he packed arenas from coast to coast with his energetic stage shows, combining catchy songs with incredible dance moves.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Official Trailer [VIDEO]
The Amazing Spider-Man turned out to be a pretty good reboot of the franchise after Tobey Maguire's dancing relegated the previous incarnation to struggle status. We now have the official trailer for the sequel, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and with new villains like Electro, Harry Osborne and Rhino, it's looking like a worthy follow up. The trailer begins with Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) sullenly contemplating the irony of the more people he saves, the more supervillains will come out the woodwork aiming for his demise. In the clip that would be Jamie Foxx as Electro, Paul Giamatti as Rhino and Harry Osborne, who will surely make an appearance as the Green Goblin (looks like that's him getting kicked by Spider around the 1:50 mark). Look close and you will also catch Doctor Octopus' arms, so it looks like the Sinister Six will be on deck sooner than later. The best part of the trailer is Spider-Man battling Electro near it's conclusion, though. Unfortunately, we have to wait until May 2, 2014 to watch The Amazing Spider-Man 2 in theaters.
R. Kelly's Trapped In The Closet To Return In 2014
The Black Panties album was just one of a few strategic moves up R. Kelly's sleeve, according to a statement from IFC revealing that the singer-songwriter's Trapped In The Closet series will return to television next year.
Yes, you read that right. R. Kelly will release an unspecified amount of episodes continuing the emotional hip-hopera that in the past 33 installments included tales of lust, adultery, and even managed to weave a little person into the fold. With that precedent, we can only imagine where the Chicago native will take things this time around.
Separately, Kellz took the Jimmy Kimmel Live! stage last night to perform a medley of songs from Black Panties, due in stores December 6. He was joined by 2 Chainz, who assisted with a live rendition of "My Story."
Rick Ross Pushes Back Mastermind Release Date
In 12 days time, Rick Ross was scheduled to release his sixth studio album Mastermind. But this changes with the Maybach Music Group's founder most recent announcement.
Ross called into Hip-Hop Nation's Hoodrich Radio to speak with host and MMG affiliate, DJ Scream. The rapper let the cat out of the bag after speaking on his latest signees, Tracy T and Fat Trel, and the first film out of his camp.
"I'm still putting final touches on the album, man," Ross explained. "Making that classic is more important than anything. Making sure the streets are overwhelmed by what I'm doing is what's most important. I'm gonna try to get it to you, and if I don't, I'mma get it to you ASAP."
If Ross is still unsure if his album with be done before the 17th, it's safe to say it won't be out until 2014. Rozay did, however, dropped a "No Games (Remix)," featuring Meek Mill, Wale, and Future.

Nipsey Hussle Compares His Movement To Apple & American Apparel [VIDEO]
A rapper selling his mixtape for $100 sounds ridiculous, but Nipsey Hussle did just with Crenshaw. The success and fan support the project received upon its release (Jay Z copped 100 copies) means more leverage for Neighborhood Nip when he decides who to partner his All Money In label with to drop his proper debut, Victory Lap, next year.
Putting Crenshaw out with a $100 price point and moving units proved that Nip is a force to be reckoned with in the game. The tall and slim rapper literally demonstrated what he can do, and that was the entire point.
"I wanted to demonstrate that we're completely self-sufficient. That we can do every part of this process," Nipsey told Hip-Hop Wired about getting Crenshaw into the hands of his fans. "We had a great understanding of each part of the process. We had something to add on the photography side, on the engineering, on the songwiting, on the rapping, on the marketing..."
Having an understanding of the entire process of getting his art from the studio to the store, along with providing music fans want to put their money behind, means Nipsey's All Money In is no one's "imprint" or boutique label. The calls have been coming in from major labels trying to get down but Nipsey and his team, but he is carefully weighing the options because he considers All Money In a business on par with some notable entities.
"When we do go into a situation with a partner, it won't be on no just turn in the records [and] sit over here and rap," he says. "Our demonstration will speak that we are involved and we are skilled at every point, we have a unique perspective on every aspect of the process. Sort of like Apple or American Apparel or any of these companies [that are] completely vertically integrated; their situation is consistent all the way through."

Drake To Build Recording Studio In Philly High School
It's one thing to be a high school student and to meet one of the hottest rappers in the game, and it's another to receive a gift from said artist that may change your life for the better. The latter happens to be the scenario at Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion High School, which received a charitable gift from the one and only Drake.
A World News with Diane Sawyer segment called "Hidden America," aired last May, took viewers into a typical day at the North Philly school; a place at the time considered one of the most dangerous high schools in America. The OVO rapper saw it and thought to reach out in a major way.
"I caught this piece that Diane did, and by the end of it, I was so heavily affected. I started question, like, major aspects of my life," Drake said.
And then came his major announcement. "In the next few months, umm, I'm building a recording studio inside your school," Drizzy revealed. "This is about you. This about your principal. This is about your future. I love you. I care about you. I want to see you succeed."

LeBron James To Reportedly Star In Comedy Film With Kevin Hart
Comedian Kevin Hart is co-writing and developing a film for Universal Pictures and Imagine Entertainment titled Ballers. Its premise will feature Hart serving as the little brother of a domineering basketball star who gets his big break when he attends a summer camp.
Who better than to play the movie's top hoops star than LeBron James?
The Real Husbands of Hollywood star has been plotting this move for years and his chance to stand alongside the NBA's reigning MVP (with a booster chair undoubtedly) has finally come.
Reports the AP:
Brian Grazer and Michael Rosenberg will produce "Ballers" for Imagine, which was forced to put the project on the back burner in 2011 after James' Miami Heat lost in the NBA Finals to the Dallas Mavericks. James would've come under fire if he spent the summer shooting a movie rather than working on his game. Now that he has two championship rings, naysayers will have a hard time questioning his summer vacation plans.
Hart and James will executive produce with Maverick Carter and Imagine's Kim Roth.
Production is scheduled to start in the summer of 2014. In the meantime, Hart will co-write the comedy with his frequent collaborators Joey Wells, Chris Spencer and Harry Ratchford. Lowell Ganz and Babaloo Mandel were the original writers on the project along with Peter Steinfeld.
Kevin Hart has been making moves all year including his aforementioned show on BET and a recent announcement that will feature him on ABC's network.
LeBron's teammate, Dwyane Wade will also be seeing his likeness on TV in a different light. He has been given the greenlight for a FOX sitcom based on his family life.
According to the report, James didn't shoot the film because of his loss in the 2011 NBA Finals. So if Miami doesn't 3-peat, is this movie never getting shot?

As of late the duo haven't done much together outside of 2012's good kid, m.A.A.d City but they reunite for a quick yet informative commercial spot where they also sneak in a preview of a new song possibly specifically created for the ad. As a frantic melody with whizzing synthesizers blares out the speakers, Kendrick serves up his usual special of staccato flow with a venomous growl. They also show off the XL's capabilities of being able to communicate with another Pill similar to a walkie-talkie.
A keen eye also spotted #Detox2014 hashtag in the YouTube description but no need to color it late to the party just yet. We'll have to see that 10th wonder in a physical jewel case before it's actually believed.

Should Kanye West Apologize For Comments Deemed Offensive By The Jewish Anti-Defamation League? [Video]
Kanye West has found himself right in the middle of another controversy. In an interview with New York radio station Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club on November 26, the rapper compared the lack of power President Obama and African Americans have to what he perceives as just the opposite for the Jewish community.
“Man, let me tell you something about George Bush and oil money and Obama and no money,” West said. “People want to say Obama can’t make these moves or he’s not executing. That’s because he ain’t got those connections. Black people don’t have the same level of connections as Jewish people. Black people don’t have the same connection as oil people."
The Anti-Defimation League was quick to condemn West's comments as being anti-Semitic and have demanded an apology.
“If the comments are true as reported, this is classic anti-Semitism,” the ADL’s national director, Abraham Foxman, said in a statement. “There it goes again, the age-old canard that Jews are all-powerful and control the levers of power in government. As a celebrity with a wide following, Kanye West should know better. We hope that he will take responsibility for his words, understand why they are so offensive, and apologize to those he has offended.”
This situation has been simmering for several days now and will most likely only get worse for Kanye. Should he issue an immediate apology or stand by his words and deal with whatever consequences come his way?

Diminishing Fan Base? Kanye West's 'Yeezus' Tour Draws Less Than 4500 Fans To 19,000 Seat Arena In Kansas City
Is Kanye West's Yeezus tour losing steam? Just four days ago it was reported based on an article in Forbes, that West's tour was grossing over $1 million per show. However, not all of the dates are pulling in big crowds.
Case in point, the Kansas City, Missouri stop on Tuesday (December 3). Less than 4500fans turned out to see the G.O.O.D. Music CEO at the Spirit Center, which seats more than 19,000.people
Bill Brownlee of The Kansas City Star reviewed the show. He believes Kanye's act may be wearing thin with fans.
The most shocking aspect of Kanye West's spectacular concert at the Sprint Center on Tuesday wasn't another suspect remark from the brash rapper. The meager attendance of less than 4,500 seemed inconceivably small for one of the most vital artists in popular music.
West almost certainly could have filled the Sprint Center five years ago. Tuesday's poor attendance indicates how his scandalous love life, frequent impolite pronouncements and his gradual shift away from conventional hip-hop have alienated many of his fans.

The rapper made the announcement during a concert in Portland.
