Before Bruno Mars topped the charts, the versatile crooner was impersonating Elvis Presley as a four-year-old under his father’s tutelage. In clips taken from the 1990 U.K. documentary Viva Elvis and 1992’s comedy Honeymoon in Vegas, the Hawaiian heartthrob dons a replica of the King’s jeweled jumpsuit while singing and shimmying for spectators.
When asked about his fondness for Mr. Presley, the talented toddler replied, “I like his singing, and his dance, and his lip,” while positioning his mouth into the late legend’s signature lip curl.
