Juelz Santana Arrested In New Jersey On Suspicion Of Making Terrorist Threats & Disorderly Conduct
Juelz Santana was arrested last week on suspicion of making terrorist threats by New Jersey police.
The news comes from a TMZ report which says the rapper was also charged with disorderly conduct. While details are scarce at the moment on this latest arrest, this is the second time this year Juelz has been arrested in New Jersey by cops he feels are simply harassing him.
Back in January 2011, the Diplomats member was arrested in Bergen County, New Jersey after police raided his studio and reportedly found two fully loaded handguns, ammunition, and 17 Ziploc bags of "a greenish brown vegetation consistent with the appearance of marijuana,"
"They always picking on me, that's the best way I could put it," he told the Hot Boyz on Chicago's Power 92 back in January after posting $125,000 bail. "But by the graces of God, everything should be OK. I wasn't really caught with anything in my possession. They said they found some things in the studio, which I have no idea about. We'll see how everything pans out, man."
The Skull Gang boss was also prevented from performing at Chris Brown's F.A.M.E. album release party in March 2011 after cops stopped him from entering New York City's Webster Hall. Police subsequently searched his car for weapons and drugs, but found nothing. He was ordered not to enter and missed his performance with Brown according to the New York Post.
"The [police] just follow around and sniff around for something to happen," his rep told the New York Post at the time.
In this latest run-in with police, Juelz's car was also impounded after he reportedly refused to allow it to be searched.
He is currently free on $46,500 bail.
