The photo that set Donald Sterling off has been obtained by TMZ. The photo of Sterling's girlfriend V. Stiviano and her friend Rachel Rodriguez posing with Magic Johnson is at the center of the controversy surrounding the L.A. Clippers owner.

Audiotape has leaked of an argument between Sterling and Stiviano, where he flips out because she put the photo with Johnson on her Instagram. He goes so far as to forbid her from being seen in public with African Americans even though she's biracial with Hispanic and black parents..
Sterling also forbids Stiviano from bringing Magic or any other black person to Clippers' games.
A photo with Los Angeles Dodgers player Matt Kemp also became the topic of conversation in another part of the conversation released by Deadspin.
